 We are located on the east side of Highway 67/Summit Avenue directly across from

 Olympia Resort.

• If you are entering Oconomowoc from I-94 Take Hwy 67 exit north and follow 67 to Primary EyeCare Associates (across from Olympia).

• If you are entering Oconomowoc on the east side of town from Hwy 16 take the Hwy 67 bypass south and then turn left (traveling south) onto Summit Avenue to Primary EyeCare Associates (across from Olympia).

• If you are entering Oconomowoc from the west side of town on Hwy 16 take the Hwy 67 bypass south and then turn left ( traveling south ) onto Summit Avenue to Primary EyeCare Associates (across from Olympia).
