Dr. Chelci Schade is a native of Dodgeville, Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Biology and Medical Microbiology & Immunology. She was awarded her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 2018. Dr. Schade graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Beta Sigma Kappa Honors. Additionally, she was named to the Gold Key Honorary Optometric Society and was awarded the Southern College of Optometry Achievement Award.
She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association.
Dr. Schade and her husband, Lucas, love spending time with their son, Jordan. They also enjoy cheering on the Badgers and Packers with family and friends.
Along with providing the highest quality of eye care to her patients, Dr. Schade also believes excellent patient communication and education are just as important. Dr. Schade enjoys seeing patients of all ages for routine care, as well as, managing ocular diseases.
